RISE UP

In 2 Chronicles 29, King Hezekiah cleansed Jerusalem of the false idols from the past. He eradicated the corruption that had been occurring in the temple. In 2 Chronicles 29:5

He gathered the priests and Levites and declared, "Listen to me, Levites! Consecrate yourselves now, consecrate the temple of the Lord, the God of your ancestors. Remove all defilement from the sanctuary." Isn't this what we are called to do today?

In today's world of generational brokenness, we are called to rise up and be the game changers.

We are called to end the cycle of hurt and begin the cycle of healing. By listening to God and relying on Him, we can transform the world. We can mend the brokenness, whether it involves seeking God's help to shed our own brokenness and become renewed in Him, or addressing that of our children or families. There is a call for rebirth in Christ.

We are not meant to accept the evil in this world; in Christ, we are renewed and called to act according to that identity. The Lord urges His people to rise, take a stand, and declare, "No, you cannot claim this sacred place... it belongs to the Lord." Through the blood of Jesus, we have been empowered. So, what are you confronting today? How will you dedicate yourself? How will you mend past wounds? Seek God's guidance as you move into 2026 and heed His words. Reflect today on what should remain in 2025 and how you will enter 2026 with the courage to overcome past burdens and reclaim what God desires for you. God is calling His children to rise and halt the world's chaos. He calls us to demonstrate His goodness and love to the world, urging us to stand apart from it.
