Our counseling services provide a safe space for survivors to explore their feelings and experiences, offering personalized support to facilitate healing and recovery from the trauma of narcissistic abuse.

Empowerment Hour

Every other Wednesday, starting November 19, 2025

6-7:30 pm

$ 35 a workshop

Participate in our workshops that focus on self-empowerment, healing practices, and community building. Designed to foster connection and understanding, these sessions help survivors reclaim their strength and confidence. 

Enjoy coffee and conversation and a self empowering activity, as we rest, renew and overcome the weariness of the world.

We offer a range of resources including articles, guides, and support networks to assist survivors in their healing journey. These tools are designed to provide ongoing guidance and reassurance.
