Thank you for choosing to work with us. We are committed to providing meaningful, high-quality coaching experiences that support your personal and spiritual growth. Because our services are based on time, expertise, and personalized support, the following policy applies: Coaching Services All coaching sessions, programs, workshops, and retreats are non-refundable once purchased. This includes one-on-one coaching, group coaching, digital sessions, and virtual or in-person events. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. One reschedule is permitted per session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will be considered forfeited. Digital Products All digital products (workbooks, downloads, recordings, courses, or digital resources) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.
